Delivery guarantee

If your order has arrived incorrectly, first of all, we apologize. You can return the product as long as it's within the time limit specified in our Terms and Conditions.

The first step is to fill out the refund form... completely! We'll answer you in an email within 3 working days, with instructions on how to formalise the refund.

Remember to return products in their original or equally sturdy packaging. Please understand that if the product arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, we will be unable to accept the return of your product, and we don't want that to happen!
